Committees of the Board of Commissioners

The governing structure of the Company is characterized by a clear delegation of authority and responsibility between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. This has been strengthened over the last year with the adoption of a number of changes in the Company’s Articles of Association which have increased the checks and balances on the Board of Directors by broadening the decisions that must be referred to the Board of Commissioners.

The Board of Commissioners is assisted in its responsibility by three Committees, i.e. Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
